Audiobooks

We have fiction, nonfiction, adult, and children’s audiobooks in CD format as well as downloadable from the Libby app & Palace Project app.

Databases (More listed under the Research & Reference tab) 

The Vermont Online Library (VOL) offers a wide array of electronic information databases on various topics geared to a variety of age levels, for both generalists and specialists. Accessible in the library or from home with a password. (Patrons must have a current card and account in good standing to qualify for remote access.) Request a password in person; passwords are not provided over the phone. Fax Machine

Faxes can be sent and received for $.75 per page.  The number is 802-257-4949.

Interlibrary Loan

If you don’t find the item you want in our catalog, we can often request it from another library. Ask for an Interlibrary Loan form at the circulation desk and fill one out.

Magazines

We have a wide range of magazines available for our patrons. Previous months’ publications may be checked out; current month publications do not circulate.

Photocopying

We also have a black-and-white and color photocopier available at $.10 per page for black-and-white ($.05 per page if you bring your own paper) and $.50 a side for color. Our staff will be happy to help you.

Printing

All computers allow you to print to our black and white printers; all but one print to a color printer. Black and white copies are $.10 per page, and color copies are $.50 per side.

Pinsleur Language Programs

Each course includes audio CDs, an MP3 CD, and a lesson guide to follow along and help you read, speak, and truly understand any language you choose.

Every Pimsleur course is available for a two-week loan period. Languages offered include French, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Russian, Italian, and Mandarin Chinese.
